On “Shake Days”…

We want to stress the importance of using fresh, organic whole grains, meats, and produce whenever possible. Use lemon, garlic, onion and spices to add flavor rather than heavy sauces.

On “Cleanse Days”…

We want to stress the importance of limiting the foods and beverages you consume on these days. Try to stick with the snack options provided by Isagenix, especially the Isagenix Snacks or IsaDelights. But, if you have low blood sugar or feel like you have to eat, choose from the items below.

– Fruits combined with nuts (almonds or walnuts)
– Raw vegetables or salad
– Celery with raw almond or natural peanut butter
– Hard-boiled eggs
– Salba (can be taken alone or added to your salad)

Foods To Avoid…

We encourage you to avoid processed food, fast food, and anything laden with chemicals and preservatives.
